Natural Gas Dehydration

Natural gas contains saturated water vapor, which can form hydrates and cause pipeline blockages during transport. We select triethylene glycol (TEG) absorption or molecular sieve TSA for deep drying to lower the dew point to meet pipeline or liquefaction specifications.

CO₂ Compression
- Screw or oil-free piston compressors raise CO₂ pressure to 2.0–3.0 MPaG to meet liquefaction conditions
Refining
- Molecular sieve drying (H₂O < 10 ppm) + activated carbon adsorption, followed by distillation to remove non-condensables; product purity up to 99.9%
Liquefaction & Storage
- Refrigeration system condenses CO₂ into liquid stored in −30°C cryogenic pressure vessels for transport and sales
EOR Injection
- CO₂ compressed to supercritical state (> 6 MPa) and injected via gas injection wells into reservoir formations to enhance oil recovery
