The HY-HS series achieves a hydrogen purity of ≥99.8% pre-purification and reaches a high purity of ≥99.999% post-purification, meeting strict industrial standards.
The direct current (DC) consumption for models from HY-HS-20 to HY-HS-1500 is ≤4.5 kW·h/Nm³H₂. The high-capacity HY-HS-2000 model operates even more efficiently with a DC consumption of ≤4.3 kW·h/Nm³H₂.
All models in the HY-HS series operate within a pressure range of 1.5 to 2.5 MPa and maintain a stable operating temperature of 95±5 °C.
The systems support a flexible load range from 50% to 100%, allowing for efficient adaptability based on varying production requirements.
The oxygen production capacity is exactly half of the hydrogen production capacity across all models. For example, the HY-HS-1000 produces 1000 Nm³/h of hydrogen and 500 Nm³/h of oxygen.
